Paving
Uses: Streets, Parking Lots, Private roads, and Driveways.
Asphalt, often interchangeable with the term bitumen, asphalt is a sticky black and highly viscous semi-solid form of petroleum. Primarily used for road construction, it is often used as a glue mixed with aggregate, sand, gravel crushed stone, etc.

Concrete
Uses: Driveways, Curbs, Ramps, Sidewalks, Door Steps, etc…
A composite material mixer of fine and coarse aggregates bonded together with a fluid activator that hardens over time.

Striping
Uses: Parking Lines, Van Accessible Lines, Access Lines, and Fire Lines (Red Fire Lines, No Parking Zones that run along curbs of the required parameter)
Using traffic paint, to stripe according to the engineered plan.

ADA Upgrades
Bringing parking lots up to (Americans with disabilities) ADA code.
Examples: 1% & 5% ramps, Truncated Domes (textures surface indicators that help the visually impaired), Blue Parking Lines, and Van Accessible Signage.

Maintenance
Type of maintenance application: Crackfill, Seal Coating, and Concrete Sealant
The initial and continued maintenance of the material applied helps prolong the structural foundation and look of material (asphalt or concrete) that would otherwise deteriorate, or crack faster from weather conditions.
